Reiki Classes

Reiki is a healing art that anyone can learn including children. When you choose to embark on this journey of healing, you will find that Reiki offers something significant to everyone. It does not require you to achieve a master level in order to reap the benefits. However, each level does allow for a greater depth of understanding and healing power through sacred attunements. Becoming a Master Teacher is a personal choice and not a requirement. My personal recommendation is to achieve Reiki I and II, so you are equipped with the use of some symbols to enhance your healing ability. These two levels will offer you a strong foundation of which you can rely on to heal yourself and others.

The Four Levels of Reiki:

Reiki I is an introduction to this ancient Japanese technique of healing. Students will learn the history of Reiki, how it works, and what happens during your attunement. You will learn standard hand positions and practice Reiki with others in your group. Time will be set aside to answer questions, meditate, and journal as desired.

Reiki II is a fun class!!! You must be certified in Reiki I to enroll. During this class, you will go deeper into the healing technique of Reiki and learn sacred symbols to amplify your healing touch. You will be tested on the symbols and given your attunement. There will be plenty of time to practice, practice, practice with the added benefit of receiving. There will be time for meditation and a group discussion as well. Students always leave this class feeling empowered and enlightened.

Advanced Reiki Training (ART) To qualify for this level you must be Reiki I and II certified, have been practicing for 6 months, and be able to draw symbols from memory. You will receive your master symbol and attunement along with advanced techniques to enhance your scope of healing. The use of crystals and stones will be explored while making a Reiki grid. Meditation and hands-on practice will be included. Once completed, you will have Master certification but not the ability to teach Reiki.

Master Teacher Once you have completed the other levels, you may take this final class if you choose to teach Reiki to others. In this class, you will receive the complete Usui/Tibetan Master attunement, two additional symbols, a healing attunement, and how to perform these attunements on other people. Practicing on others will be essential during this final session. Time will be allocated for discussion and meditation. It is customary to wait until you have actually taught Reiki before stating you are a Reiki Master Teacher.
